Who can come?
- Our Pole Program is 18+! So Anybody +18!
What do I need to wear?
- Come in in comfy work out attire. Fitted tank top and shorts are suggested. You need to have a lot of skin exposed, as you need to grip to the pole. Fabric will slide right off the pole.
Do I need to have previous experience?
- NO! Absolutely no previous experience required. Beginners of all levels are welcome!
